Your reputation is your most valuable asset. Be sure to protect it with the Professional Standards Workshop, NHAR's annual Code of Ethics study, which is approved for the NAR-required biennial ethics training. The course is being taught by the entertaining and knowledgeable Linda Kody, a well-known educator to New Hampshire agents who will apply her wit, knowledge and real estate savvy to the Code of Ethics.
The 2026 event will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, May 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Check in begins at 8:30). The cost is $25.
It is designed to meet the requirements of the NH Grievance and Professional Standards committees and Board of Directors. Additionally, the program is pending 3 credit hours in NH and Vermont. Attendees must be in the meeting by 9:00 a.m. to receive credit.
About Linda Kody
Linda Kody is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional who has been in the industry for over 30 years. As the Broker Owner of Kody & Company, Inc. Real Estate Services, Linda holds broker licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, is an approved Real Estate Instructor, and currently serves on the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
One of Linda's passions is teaching. She has received numerous awards for her dedication to educating real estate professionals, including Educator of the Year for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in 2009 and again in 2013, and for the Northeast Association five times. As an instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® and REBAC, Linda loves connecting with other real estate professionals from around the country.
In addition to teaching, Linda also actively sells real estate throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. She is a past President of the Northeast Association of REALTORS® and sits on two National Association of REALTORS® Committees.
