This course will provide the agent with a greater understanding of the provisions and clauses contained in the Purchase & Sales Agreement most commonly used in New Hampshire, providing knowledge on how to answer basic questions a buyer or seller may have with respect to each clause. Agents will gain an understanding of when it is appropriate to have buyers or sellers seek legal advice with respect to provisions contained in the contract, and insight as to the necessity for clauses added under the addition provision section to be obtained from the NHAR Clause Library or prepared by an attorney.

1:15 to 2:15 p.m.               VA 102: Busting the Myths (1 CEU NH)

This class is designed to arm New Hampshire real estate agent with facts, statistics and the truth about the most commonly held beliefs and myths circulated about the VA loan. Agents will be prepared to present a VA offer and will be equipped with facts to counter VA rejections from sellers in order to better advocate for their VA buyers in our market.
