NHAR Town Hall Meeting on Settlement and Forms

NHAR President Joanie McIntire and legal counsel Matt Johnson invite New Hampshire REALTORS to a virtual town hall event on Thursday, August 22nd, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Attorney Johnson will answer your questions about changes to NHAR standard forms and other issues related to NAR settlement practice changes.

  • The event will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. with an introduction by President McIntire and remarks on the settlement by attorney Johnson.
  • You will be muted upon entering the meeting and unmuted one at a time when called on to ask a question.
  • To ask a question, please use the “raise hand” emoji, found at the bottom of your screen under “Reactions.”
  • President McIntire will call on members to ask their respective questions, at which time she will also announce who is on deck.
  • You will be unmuted for your question. If it is not done automatically, please lower your hand emoji once you have asked your question.
  • Please keep all questions to no more than 30 seconds, and do your best to ask without opining about the lawsuit.
