This course explores the laws and administrative rules that govern real estate practice in New Hampshire. It reviews the licensing requirements, professional conduct, disciplinary procedures and brokerage relationships under RSA 331-A, RSA 310 and the Real Estate Commission’s rules. Learn how to stay compliant, manage risk, and apply agency law in everyday transactions. 

An email with the Zoom link and course material will be sent to you the afternoon prior to the course.

The registration deadline for this course is noon on May 6. There will not be a waitlist and registrations will not be accepted after the registration is closed.
